This is probably my favorite recipe out of everything that I make! It is super easy and very convenient to make. Have you seen the prices of furniture polish at the store? They’re expensive (at least to me they are).
Another bonus about this recipe is that it is non-toxic! You will know every ingredient that is in your product because you are the one making it. It doesn’t include any harsh chemicals that could be harmful to you, your family, or your pets.
This dusting spray works very well. I think it works just as good, if not better, than store-bought dusting spray! It leaves your furniture shiny and smelling great. My favorite part is that you should be able to make this recipe with ingredients that you already have at home. Ingredients:
- 1 Cup water
- 1/4 Cup Vinegar
- 2 Tsp olive oil
- 15-20 drops of lemon essential oil (or an oil of your choice)

Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients- water, vinegar, olive oil, and the essential oil into the spray bottle. I use a nifty little funnel (pictured below) to help pour the ingredients easily into the spray bottle. If you want a stronger scent, just add a few more drops of the essential oil.
Once all the ingredients are combined make sure to shake well to combine. Always shake well before using!
