My Review
The Glow Up Journal is so beautiful! I love the look, style, and layout of the Journal. It’s very easy to use and understand. I love Dr. Danielle’s holistic approach to health and wellness.
It has journal activities throughout the book to help you get to know yourself, your habits, and your goals better.
You will discover negative habits and learn how to change those to become more positive.
My favorite section from chapter 1 has been learning to understand your energy and natural cycles and making habits that support being your best self. We all want to be our best selves, but sometimes it can be hard to figure that out.
By the end of the journal, you should feel like your are taking control of your own life and becoming your dream self.
There are plenty of fun prompts and positive affirmations to keep you interested and motivated to keep making your way through the journal. Even busy people will want to find time to work through the journal!
I really loved the journal. I think it’s a great idea to learn more about yourself, your habits, and the goals that you want to achieve, and how you can do that!
