Mother’s Day will be here soon, and I can’t wait to shower my mom with the love she deserves! I enjoy picking out a special gift for her every year. Here are some of my favorite environmentally friendly gift ideas!
Give Mom An at home Spa Day
Doesn’t mom deserve a nice spa day? It can be hard for her to get away sometimes, so an at home spa day is perfect! Mom can spend an evening enjoying a warm bath, pampering herself, and silence.
Body Care
One of my favorite environmentally friendly body care items to use is an all-natural shave bar. It leaves my legs feeling silky smooth, and my favorite part is that the wrapper is filled with seeds which you can plant! Mom will love this! Give her soft legs and some flowers, too! Add some shampoo and conditioner bars for an all-natural showering experience!
Face Mask
I love the way my face and body feel after using a face mask. Soft, clean, and so smooth! This all-natural face mask is environmentally friendly and is a must-have for any spa night at home!

An essential oil diffuser is a great gift idea for Mother’s Day. Pair it with a few essential oils to help with stress, sleep, and relaxation. Creating a zen atmosphere will get mom relaxed and, in the mood, to enjoy her spa night at home!
Alternatives to a Card
Instead of giving mom a card that she will read, put on display for a few weeks, and then tuck away in some drawer, create less waste by giving her something she can keep with her. She will absolutely love having an everyday reminder that she’s an awesome mom and that you love her!
A Keychain
These keychains will have mom all in her feels. She would love to have this everyday reminder of how much you love her somewhere she will see it.
Mother-daughter bracelets
I think this is a very cute gift idea. I would love to give my mom one of these if she wore bracelets or other jewelry very often. You and your mom can wear these matching mother-daughter bracelets and be reminded of each other’s love every time you see it. Moms are not only your mom, but they are also your best friend! These bracelets come with a special meaning that you and your mom will be reminded of every time you look at them.
Wallet Card
Give mom a card she can keep forever! A metal wallet card is a perfect size to fit in a wallet or small purse. It’s something that mom can keep with her and cherish forever! She will love having a small reminder of how appreciated and loved she is by someone so special in her life!
Hot Tea & Accessories
I am a stickler for tea. I love to enjoy a nice cup of hot tea, hot chocolate, or apple cider. I guess you can say I love hot beverages, lol. I get this from my mom, though. Growing up, we always had hot chocolate when the weather got colder. As I got older, we graduated to hot tea (we still love hot chocolate, too!).
Over the years, I have given my mom different varieties of hot tea. My favorite tea that I have given her is a Downton Abbey-themed hot tea. We both loved this show so much!
